Carrillo & Associates began in 1988, founded by Orlando Carrillo’s father as an architecture firm in Burke, Virginia.
What started with a pencil and a designer’s eye has evolved into a modern Owner’s Representation company — rooted in the same values of care, precision, and long-term thinking.
With over 75 years of combined experience in architecture, development, and construction, we bring clarity and leadership to complex projects across South Florida.
Today, we guide owners through every phase — from vision to delivery — with the same integrity and personal investment that defined our earliest work.
